The school tirelessly working with its school resources and linkages has been blessed with outstanding accomplishments and continues to shine as one of the Most Outstanding Secondary Schools of the Division of Iloilo since school year 2000 up to the present.
Inspired by great enthusiasm and humble desire to hone students’ potentials to the maximum, the school will never cease nourishing and strengthening its roots and wings so that it may soar its height to the fullest. Thus, as it moves towards excellence and leadership, the school improvement plan materialized as the main vehicle through which school will proceed down the path of improvement which will lead to greater student learning and a more effective school organization.
The School Improvement Plan of Oton National High School is a comprehensive development plan which embodies the stakeholders’ vision of an ideal school in the next three years. It describes the areas which need to be strengthened, to which it will commit its resources, it presents the projects and activities to be prioritized and the key goals and strategies to be focused on, to discover and enhance more the potentials of students which will lead to greater learning and in coping with the challenges of life and responsiveness to the needs of the community and the larger society.
